Commercial · 3–12 months

Art for corporate, retail & institutional spaces.

For headquarters, regional offices, retail flagships, healthcare facilities, club houses and mixed-use commercial properties. End-to-end, from concept through handover.

What we do

Across receptions, workspaces and board rooms.

We work with the real estate team, the fit-out contractor and the interior designer to develop the art layer of a property — across customer-facing zones and the transitional spaces between them.

Recent commercial work includes the Century House offices (Century Ply and Rupa) and Starbucks in Kolkata and Hyderabad.

04

Production.

Six weeks to four months in the studio, depending on the work.

05

Handover & installation guidance.

Engagements we take

Across the commercial register.

The earlier we're brought in, the more integrated the result. Most engagements begin in design development or pre-fit-out.

  • Corporate headquartersIdentity-led, full-property art programmes.
  • Regional officesCoordinated programmes across multiple locations under one register.
  • Retail flagshipsAnchor pieces and brand-defining commissions.
  • HealthcareCalmer registers, considered material choices and restorative palettes.
  • Club housesMembers' spaces with anchor commissions and identity registers.
  • Institutional & mixed-useCampuses, co-working flagships and members' spaces.
Timelines

Three to twelve months. A single anchor at the short end. A multi-site rollout at the long.

We confirm phasing in the proposal and we honour it.

Production scales with the brief. The earlier we're brought in, the more integrated the result.

Questions

Common questions.

What does a commercial art programme cover?

Headquarters, regional offices, retail flagships, healthcare facilities, club houses and mixed-use properties — art planned and commissioned across the spaces employees, clients and visitors use.

How is this different from buying office decor?

It is an advisory programme — art chosen for the brand, the architecture and the people who use the space, commissioned where it should be made rather than ordered from a catalogue.

How long does it take?

From about six weeks for a focused scope to twelve months for a large programme, worked back from handover.

Can the art reflect our brand or sector?

Yes — the company's story, sector and identity feed the brief, and commissions can be made to it.

Do you work outside Kolkata?

Yes — across India, shipping and installing pan-India.

How do we start?

Send the brief and floor plans. We reply within two working days.
